Before Southbound Project 07 was ever created, Danny, Nat Haley, & SZN were close friends ever since elementary school. SBP07 was originally meant to be a streetwear brand founded by SZN & Nat Haley. At the time everyone was their own artist, however they wanted to collaborate more often and hopefully come up all together as a team. With that in mind Danny Chops joined the collective, and SBP07 was founded on July 29th 2023.

Often major labels try to prey on the independant artist, signing them and taking advantage of their influence, only to throw them away when they are no longer profitable. Our aim isn't to profit off other artists, instead it is to promote collaboration. SBP07 isn't just a collective, its also a community. Whether you are an official member or not, our mission is to lend independant artists a helping hand with the talents each member posses, and make sure we stay afloat in the industry together.
